We do not offer returns or refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to the nature of cosmetics, hair extensions.
Exchanges: are only accepted if there is an Order Issue.
At Konceited Beauty & Hair, we take pride in providing quality and cusomer service. Please for any reason if your order was damage or incorrect, please send us a email to [email protected] with the following information within 24 hours and someone from our team will review it and reach back out to you upon approval. Please be advise there is no refunds only store credit or replacement upon eligible.
- You must contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number
- Send photos of the issue
- Provide a short description of issue.
REPLACEMENT
Hair Items: ( wigs, bundles, tools, etc)
Can not be tampered, altered in any way, open, try on, use in any form or fashion, No signs of wear or tear. Absolutely no Install.
CERTAIN ITEMS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED BACK FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDITED ONLY EQUAL TO AMOUNT SPEND. AS LONG AS ITEMS IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. NO TAGS ARE NOT REMOVED. (STORED CREDITS LAST FOR 3 WEEKS) PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING AGAIN, SO WE CAN APPLY CREDIT TO NEW ORDER. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED THEN ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK OR RETURN TO STORE WITHIN A WEEK OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE WITH TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.

ANY MAIL BEING RETURNED TO OUR COMPANY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL SHIPPING FEES & COSTS... UNLESS SUBJECT TO COMPANY AUTHORIZATION OF PAYING EXPENSIVE COST.
PRODUCT COLOR AND QUALITY AS SEEN ON A MONITOR MAY VARY SLIGHTLY COMPARED TO AN ACTUAL ITEM DUE TO PHOTOGRAPHY LIGHTING CONDITIONS AND INDIVIDUAL SCREEN COLOR CALIBRATION.
