Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are schedule to ship at a later date. Pre-ordering allow you to reserve your items before it becomes available.
HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
1. Order Placement
When you place a pre-order, your payment is processed immediately to reserve your item from the upcoming production batch.
2. Production & Fulfillment
Your item is produced and prepared during the listed pre-order window. Each order item includes an estimated ship date on the product page.
3. Shipping Timeline
Pre-orders ship on or before the date listed on the product page. Shipping times may vary due to production, quality control or carrier delays.
4. Order Updates
If there are any changes to the expected ship date , you will be notified via email.
5. Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders ship once the item becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will either ship together all at once or seperately if otherwised stated.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Pre-orders are final sale unless the product is delayed beyond 15-30 days from the stated timeframe or cancelled by us.
- We do not accept cancellations or changes once a pre-order has been placed.
